PROJECTS
LWC has a long history of projects undertaken to benefit the
community of Livermore. Shortly after the Club was
organized, members decided to fence the Livermore Cemetery
where many of Livermore’s early settlers were buried. The
Club knitted items for the men and women serving in both
World Wars, volunteered with the Red Cross, collected
clothing for the poor, help raise money to build and furnish the
Livermore Community Hall, and donated prints of famous
paintings to our local school. Recent club projects are
